Description:

  • Lead high-impact customer engagements focused on AI Agent Deployment, optimizing workspaces and workflows.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and deploy ClickUp Certified Agents, ensuring measurable outcomes and scalable ROI.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role (Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, etc.).
  • Experience with AI-enabled automation in production environments and strong project management skills.
  • Proficient in process mapping, solution design, and hands-on configuration in workflow platforms.
  • Excellent written communication and facilitation skills; ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
