Description:

  • Lead AI transformation initiatives for clients, building trust and guiding them through the process.
  • Own the sales and delivery of AI transformation projects, from initial conversations to final results.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in consulting or professional services with experience in selling and delivering projects.
  • Proven track record in AI, digital, or business transformation in complex environments.
  • Strong consultative selling skills for high-value services to executive buyers.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI tools and change management methodologies, preferably Prosci certified.
