Description:

  • Senior CRM Specialist responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining email campaigns and customer journeys in Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Role requires a marketer's understanding of customer lifecycle, not just technical skills.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard) and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • 5 to 8 years of CRM and lifecycle marketing experience, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and ability to diagnose and fix existing configurations.
  • Clear communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
