Description:

Lead large-scale data migration initiatives, preferably in core banking, including mapping, reconciliation, and cutover support.
Define migration strategy, develop data migration plans, and govern vendor delivery while ensuring compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in data migration, with a focus on legacy-to-modern platform migrations.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with DMS platforms or core banking systems like Flexcube or Temenos.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data quality, validation concepts, and ETL processes.
Excellent communication skills and structured problem-solving abilities.
