Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Next capabilities.
• Proven expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, SQL, AMPscript, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and omnichannel strategies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
