Remote AI Voice Agent Developer (n8n)

Description:

• We are looking for a skilled professional to help manage and optimize our AI Caller Agent system.
• This role combines technical setup, system management, and sales-oriented communication, making it ideal for someone comfortable working with both software and AI voice technology.
• The work schedule is from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UK Time).
• Key responsibilities include managing and monitoring AI voice caller agents, working with automation workflows built in n8n, configuring and optimizing AI voice systems using ElevenLabs, creating, updating, and improving conversation flows for voice agents, troubleshooting issues related to calls, responses, or integrations, developing and refining call scripts for better engagement and results, monitoring call performance and suggesting improvements, and handling basic system updates and adjustments when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience working with automation tools such as n8n is required.
• Familiarity with AI voice tools such as ElevenLabs is necessary.
• An understanding of how AI voice agents function, including prompts, flows, and responses, is essential.
• Basic technical knowledge for managing integrations and workflows is needed.
• Sales or customer communication experience is helpful for improving call interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
