Remote Application Security Lead

Description:

• Lead the application security function at Hightouch, defining security posture as the first dedicated security hire.
• Focus on hands-on security challenges in a high-autonomy role, primarily working within the codebase.
• Address security issues related to multi-tenant isolation, sub-tenant access control, security architecture, internet-facing APIs, and multi-region/multi-cloud support.

Requirements:

• Experience as an early security hire at a SaaS or data infrastructure company.
• Expertise in securing multi-tenant platforms and cloud security across multiple clouds.
• Background in designing and building data infrastructure with a focus on security.
• Knowledge of privacy-related security measures (PII handling, GDPR/CCPA).
• Ability to read application code, perform threat modeling, and implement production fixes.
