Description:

Innovate logistics by integrating AI into the core of the platform for LATAM.
Responsible for designing data pipelines, models, and orchestrating agents with LLMs.

Requirements:

B2 English proficiency or higher.
4+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in production Machine Learning systems.
Practical experience with LLMs in production, including prompt engineering and cost management.
Strong knowledge of at least one programming language for AI systems (Python preferred).
Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Ability to translate ambiguous product problems into measurable AI systems.
Evaluation-first mindset with the ability to communicate technical trade-offs.
