Description:

  • Design, build, and optimize AI-powered features integrated into product workflows.
  • Focus on AI interactions that support decision-making and automation in insurance journeys.
  • Fully remote position with a global engineering team.

Requirements:

  • Strong software engineering background in production environments.
  • Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and structured outputs.
  • Experience integrating AI features into real products and API-based systems.
  • Ability to evaluate AI outputs using data and user feedback.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, globally distributed teams.
  • Tech Stack: A/B Testing, AI, Node.js, NoSQL, Python, REST APIs, SQL, etc.
