The role involves leading solution architecture for the Deposits Modernization Program, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

Requirements:

9+ years of total experience, with 5-8 years in solution architecture/systems design for banking or financial services.
Proven experience with core banking/deposit platforms (CASA/TD) and hands-on experience with deposit management platforms like Finacle.
Strong understanding of banking domain, ability to translate requirements into architecture, and lead design workshops.
Excellent communication skills and readiness to relocate to the Philippines for long-term.
