Remote Atlassian Solution Architect

Description:

• Cprime is seeking an experienced Atlassian Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale implementations, complex migrations, and platform design efforts across Atlassian tools.
• The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and related Atlassian products, along with strong experience in solutioning, scripting, and REST API integration.
• Certifications such as ACP-100 (Jira Administrator) or other ACP credentials are a plus.
• Key responsibilities include architecting and designing scalable Atlassian solutions, leading end-to-end solutioning for new implementations, and creating and maintaining architectural documentation.
• The role involves developing custom scripts using Groovy or Python, integrating Atlassian tools with external systems, conducting platform health checks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• The candidate will define and enforce governance and best practices, provide mentorship, and stay updated with changes in the Atlassian ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience with Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Atlassian solutions in large-scale, complex environments is required.
• Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps in implementation and configuration is necessary.
• Strong experience with REST APIs for integration and automation is essential.
• Hands-on expertise in Groovy scripting, especially with ScriptRunner, is required.
• A solid understanding of workflows, permission schemes, and automation is necessary.
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud, Server, and Data Center environments, including migration strategy and execution, is required.
• Familiarity with DevOps toolchains and CI/CD integrations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills are essential.
