Description:

Join New Relic as a Professional Services Consultant, focusing on the technical design, deployment, and adoption of the New Relic Observability platform for strategic customers.
Serve as a technical expert, translating customer needs into scalable Observability solutions and integrating New Relic into CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or senior engineering roles, particularly in cloud and application performance technologies.
Proven experience with Platform Engineering, automation, scripting (e.g., Python), CI/CD practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exceptional knowledge of Observability concepts and products (e.g., New Relic, Datadog).
Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong communication skills to influence technical stakeholders and drive consensus.
