Description:

The Associate Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will manage and resolve challenging issues for the ServiceNow SRE team, focusing on instance performance, reliability, and availability.
This technical role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to understand the ServiceNow platform quickly.
Responsibilities include providing sustainable resolutions to infrastructure issues, preventing repeatable issues, and driving initiatives to improve system design and automation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
Basic knowledge of ITIL-driven IT Operations (Incident, Problem & Change Management).
Strong commitment to quality and customer service, with excellent communication and time management skills.
Experience in Unix/Linux environments and basic networking skills (IP addressing and routing).
Ability to work 4 days (10 hours, mostly Wed-Sat).
