Description:

Own critical reliability domains end-to-end and drive technical direction within the squad.
Lead architectural decisions, mentor teammates, and enhance reliability standards.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as SRE, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar roles with a focus on infrastructure.
Proven experience with high-throughput, highly available systems in production.
Deep experience with Kubernetes on any Hyperscaler.
Strong knowledge of modern observability stacks and SLIs, SLOs, error budgets.
Proficient in Go or Python, with hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code and GitOps.
Ability to lead complex infrastructure initiatives and mentor engineers.
Strong communication skills and business-fluent English.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
