Join Glia's Observability Team to build SRE and observability tooling for monitoring cloud-native infrastructure.
Focus on enabling and automating standards, tooling, and platforms for engineering teams to maintain service health.

Requirements:

Expert-level proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), especially in observability and networking.
Experience with observability platforms (e.g., DataDog) and understanding of metrics, logging, and tracing.
Strong software development skills in Python or Go for building operational tools.
Deep understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and experience with large-scale distributed systems.
Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design for microservices architecture.
