Description:

  • Join the AI Experience Framework team to ensure production reliability for ServiceNow's AI-first user interfaces.
  • Responsibilities include Kubernetes deployment, observability, troubleshooting Node.js and JVM incidents, and incident response management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in production operations/SRE with hands-on Kubernetes deployment and incident response.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Node.js and JVM-based services in production.
  • Strong skills in building Prometheus alerting rules and Grafana dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of Linux/networking fundamentals and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with in-memory caching systems and service-to-service mTLS management.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
