Join the AI Experience Framework team to ensure production reliability for ServiceNow's AI-first user interfaces.
Own Kubernetes deployment, operations, observability, and troubleshooting for both Node.js and JVM systems.

Requirements:

5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles with hands-on Kubernetes experience.
3+ years of production Kubernetes operations, including deployment and troubleshooting.
Strong incident response experience and familiarity with tools like Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Proficient in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and Linux networking fundamentals.
Experience in production troubleshooting for Node.js and JVM services.
Good spoken and written English skills.
