Description:

Senior Software Developer III role at Caseware, a leading Fintech company in audit and accounting software.
Operate as a technical leader, shaping architecture, mentoring developers, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Fully remote position based in Colombia.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; 8+ years of software development experience.
Proven experience with distributed, cloud-native platforms, preferably on AWS.
Strong software fundamentals and experience with agentic-AI practices.
Experience designing and consuming HTTP APIs and mentoring developers.
Strong communication skills and initiative to improve processes.
