Seeking an Amazon Connect Engineer with expertise in AWS services and hands-on experience implementing Amazon Connect solutions.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing contact center workflows, integrating decision services, and ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience with AWS services, including at least 3 years with Amazon Connect.
2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM ODM (Rule Designer, Decision Center, Rule Execution Server).
Proficiency in Node.js or Python for AWS Lambda development.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and JSON-based integrations.
Familiarity with contact center KPIs and operational metrics.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
