Description:

  • Support Engineer role within AWS Managed Services, ensuring stability, availability, and performance of client contact center platforms on Amazon Connect.
  • Provide 24x7 operational support, proactive monitoring, incident response, and technical troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting AWS-based applications or infrastructure in a production environment.
  • Hands-on development experience with AWS Lambda and proficiency in Node.js, Python, and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Connect, CloudWatch, IAM, S3, DynamoDB, and incident management systems like ServiceNow.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly.
  • AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner, Associate, or higher) and experience in a Managed Services environment.
