Description:
Support Engineer role within AWS Managed Services, ensuring stability, availability, and performance of client contact center platforms on Amazon Connect.
Provide 24x7 operational support, proactive monitoring, incident response, and technical troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Experience supporting AWS-based applications or infrastructure in a production environment.
Hands-on development experience with AWS Lambda and proficiency in Node.js, Python, and TypeScript.
Familiarity with Amazon Connect, CloudWatch, IAM, S3, DynamoDB, and incident management systems like ServiceNow.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly.
AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner, Associate, or higher) and experience in a Managed Services environment.
