- Seeking backend engineers to build core systems for BJAK's AI Neobank app, focusing on reliable APIs and scalable infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Strong backend engineering experience in production systems.
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, and integrations.
- Experience building services at meaningful scale.
- Strong debugging, reliability, security, and data quality mindset.
- Ability to make trade-offs between speed, correctness, scalability, and maintainability.
- Fintech experience is a plus but not required if fundamentals are strong.
