Remote Senior/Lead Backend Engineer

Description:

• Seeking a strong Backend Engineer with architectural understanding and hands-on development experience.
• Key role in designing and developing SaaS/PaaS applications focusing on performance, usability, and accessibility, while leading a team in Vietnam.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and distributed systems/microservice architectures.
• Proficient in containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) and PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Experience in designing scalable backend systems and APIs, with a focus on SaaS/PaaS products.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Strong soft skills including technical decision-making, mentoring, and excellent English communication.
