Remote Java Backend Engineer (AI/LLM Chatbot, Customer Service)

Description:

• Develop and implement backend services for AI Chatbot products.
• Build large-scale software systems impacting millions of customers.
• Explore and integrate LLM applications to enhance chatbot performance.
• Upgrade infrastructure, tune performance, troubleshoot incidents, and refactor systems.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and guide junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Core Java programming skills and hands-on coding experience.
• Knowledge of Python and collaboration with algorithm engineers.
• Ability to handle stress and quickly learn new concepts.
• Strong cross-team communication skills.
• Familiarity with design patterns and system design.
• Experience with Chatbot & Custom service Bot is a plus.
• Experience with LLM usage is a plus.
• Experience with data jobs like Flink/Spark is a plus.
