Description:

• Design, develop, and own microservice-based backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build APIs and platforms for financial workflows, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
• Implement event-driven architectures for deal lifecycle management and notification pipelines.
• Integrate intelligent capabilities like automated term sheet parsing and deal analytics.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, DevOps, and data teams for system interactions.
• Design efficient database schemas (MySQL) and optimize data flows.
• Monitor and scale backend services for performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST API design.
• Proficiency in MySQL — schema design and performance optimization.
• Experience with event-driven systems and message brokers (Kafka or similar).
• Familiarity with caching strategies (Redis, Memcached) and scalable system design.
• Solid foundation in object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to own features end-to-end.
