Description:

Portcast is a logistics technology startup focused on real-time transportation visibility for global supply chains.
The Backend Engineer will work closely with the Engineering Manager and Product team to develop and scale products, manage deployments, and improve system architecture.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and releasing technical solutions and production systems.
Strong understanding of system architecture and experience building scalable products.
Proficient in Python, web frameworks like Flask, and designing RESTful APIs; familiarity with AWS, Docker, Git, Elasticsearch, and CI/CD is a plus.
Experience in a diverse, dynamic team and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
