The role involves driving technical standards for the Backend in the Last Mile Delivery domain, providing technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and conducting technical interviews.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in backend engineering with Node.js and Go.
Strong foundation in programming fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and proven problem-solving abilities.
Extensive experience with Git, writing testable code, and unit tests.
Bonus: Experience in a fast-growing startup in the on-demand services industry and with A/B experiments.
