Description:

  • Join Techstars as a Backend Engineer, connecting data infrastructure with product teams for Techstars OS.
  • Own data pipelines, maintain cloud infrastructure, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (OpenTofu, Terraform).
  • Strong Python skills for data engineering and automation.
  • Understanding of agile development practices and team collaboration.
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $115,000 - $130,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
