Requirements:

5+ years (senior) or 10+ years (staff) of backend engineering experience with high-traffic systems.
Deep knowledge of developer infrastructure, APIs, databases, and performance-critical systems.
Proficient in Node.js and modern backend stacks.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote-first environment.
Product mindset with a focus on developer experience (DX).
Startup-ready with a proactive and ownership-driven attitude.
Must be based in North America, LATAM, or Europe.
