Description:
- Join Spotify's Personalization organization to build backend infrastructure for recommendations.
- Develop systems for efficient content retrieval, ranking, and filtering to enhance personalized experiences.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in building and operating backend systems in production.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, and data-intensive applications.
- Ability to independently manage engineering projects and collaborate across teams.
- Interest in recommendation and personalization systems; machine learning experience is a plus.
- Commitment to writing maintainable code and improving production systems.
