Description:

Seeking a Team Leader for Backend to join the R&D team of a growing tech company.
Key role in orchestrating technical teams and designing scalable event-based architectures.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Backend Engineer with Go (Golang). (REQUIRED)
At least 2 years in technical leadership or Team Leader roles. (EXCLUSIVE)
Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures.
Experience designing distributed and scalable systems.
General knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., React) for team interaction.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments (AI, product, engineering).
Experience with messaging systems: Apache Kafka or Apache Pulsar (preferred), RabbitMQ or similar (desirable).

Remote work opportunity.
Contractor position with a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CDMX time).
