• 5+ years of backend engineering experience (language agnostic).

• Experience deploying on AWS or similar with CI/CD fundamentals.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Python and modern web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Hardcore work ethic and high agency; experience with complex business logic products.
