Requirements:
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge in APIs, databases, system design, and production debugging.
- Experience with scalable services and third-party system integration.
- Understanding of security, reliability, and operational edge cases.
- Ability to balance speed, quality, and risk in development.
- Experience in fintech, payments, insurance, or regulated products is a plus.
