Description:

Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers.
Learn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools into daily development workflow.
Assist in translating product requirements into working implementations.
Act as a full stack "seed learner" within the team, contributing ideas and growing into an autonomously delivering full stack engineer.
Observe cross-team collaboration processes and suggest improvements.
Contribute to the product lifecycle from design to deployment and iteration.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus.
Hands-on project experience (personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions).
Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
Experience building end-to-end projects.
Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools.
Ability to articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools.
Self-driven and eager to learn, willing to go beyond assigned scope.
Product mindset and strong logical thinking and communication skills.
