Description:

Lead a team of 5–10 technical trainers to develop engineering tasks for AI training and evaluation.
Oversee task reviews for technical accuracy and ensure they reflect authentic chemical engineering workflows.

Requirements:

PhD or equivalent advanced expertise in Chemical Engineering.
Strong programming skills in Python, Julia, C/C++, or MATLAB/Octave.
Proficiency in Linux and command-line environments.
Hands-on expertise in process modeling, reaction kinetics, thermodynamic modeling, or optimization.
Experience in reviewing complex technical work and evaluating computational models.
Strong analytical judgment and mentoring experience.
Excellent written communication skills.
