Description:

  • Lead a team of 5–10 technical trainers in developing engineering tasks for AI training and evaluation.
  • Oversee task review for engineering accuracy and ensure reliable automated grading of technical outcomes.

Requirements:

  • PhD or equivalent in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, Fortran, Julia, or MATLAB/Octave.
  • Proficiency in Linux and command-line environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in FEA, CFD, dynamics, flight simulation, or related areas.
  • Experience in reviewing complex technical work and engineering simulations.
  • Strong analytical judgment and mentoring experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
