Remote Cloud Operations Engineer

Description:

• Join Unit4 as a Cloud Operations Engineer to solve customer business processing issues and enhance solutions.
• Utilize structured approaches, tools, and the latest analytical skills to troubleshoot effectively while learning in-demand skills like Azure and DevOps.

Requirements:

• Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, SQL Server, PowerShell, SMTP, IIS, and FTP/SMTP.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and practices.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Proficient in MS Windows Server monitoring, automation, and scripting tools; knowledge of network infrastructure and Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
