Description:

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for healthcare IT stakeholders, providing Tier 1/Tier 2 support.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve incidents related to SaaS applications and AWS cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support experience in healthcare IT environments.
  • AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate.
  • Strong familiarity with healthcare network infrastructure and security, including Cisco ASA firewalls.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

Benefits:

  • Full-time remote position with a salary range of $90,000-$105,000.
