Requirements:

Strong backend engineering experience, preferably with Go.
Comfortable in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience in building and maintaining APIs and backend services, including SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with modern infrastructure, distributed systems, and deployment practices (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong background in testing strategies (TDD) and performance optimization.
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator, able to explain technical concepts in business-friendly language.
