Requirements:

6–10 years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., solutions architect, technical account manager).
Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical issues to engineers and business impacts to executives.
Proven experience in delivering training to diverse customer audiences.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or logistics technology.
