Description:

  • Support organizations in adopting Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) from evaluation to production rollout.
  • Engage with teams to overcome technical blockers and facilitate migration and integration of shared codebases.
  • Provide guidance on architecture decisions and adoption strategies while gathering feedback to influence product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Kotlin (Android or backend).
  • Solid understanding of mobile architectures for Android and iOS.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading customer conversations and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and empathetic approach to understanding customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
