Remote CyberSecurity Engineer | LogRhythm

Description:

• Avertium is seeking a Senior LogRhythm Engineer/Architect to protect customer information and systems from unauthorized access.
• Responsible for implementing, configuring, optimizing, and administering LogRhythm systems.

Requirements:

• 5 years overall IT experience, with 2 years in Cyber Security Engineering.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and advanced problem solving.
• Foundational understanding of Cloud Security best practices in Azure and AWS.
• Knowledge of Elastic Search and SQL, including writing queries.
• 2+ years managing distributed LogRhythm deployments.
• Expert knowledge of LogRhythm SIEM components and detections.
• Strong automation skills in Powershell, SQL, Bash, or Python.
• Network Administration experience, including IPSEC Tunnel Troubleshooting.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, understanding of Windows and Linux OS, familiarity with SRE practices, and technical security certifications.
