Description:

Seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Data Analyst to support a large-scale HRIS implementation.
Responsibilities include preparing, validating, and cleansing employee data for migration into a new HR system.

Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
Experience with large datasets and data cleanup activities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree required; HR experience preferred but not required.

Hourly compensation range of $60-$80 for this short-term consulting role.
