Description:

Lead efforts to provide high-impact insights for operations, product, and leadership teams to maximize business performance.
Act as a strategic partner and advisor to executive management, focusing on growth, margin, and retention initiatives.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in analytical, decision science, or advanced business intelligence roles.
Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Numpy, Streamlit) and SQL (dbt, BigQuery or Snowflake).
Expert-level experience with Jupyter Notebooks for exploratory data analysis.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
Familiarity with consumer tech metrics (LTV, retention, CAC, etc.) and secure data handling practices.

Competitive compensation: $170,000 - $200,000 base salary + bonus.
