Description:

Join Vanta as a Senior Data Analyst on the Finance team to drive insights for company-wide planning and strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with various teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that influence operating plans and investment decisions.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in data analysis; exposure to FP&A, Accounting, or SaaS metrics is a plus.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma); familiarity with DBT and Python is preferred.
Proven analytical thinking and ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Informatics, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Open to using AI to enhance skills and work efficiency.
