Description:

  • Join Recidiviz as an Impact Analytics Data Analyst to measure and analyze the impact of interventions on the justice-involved population.
  • Collaborate with teams to inform product strategy and partnerships through data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, including proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders in criminal justice reform.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and handling complex datasets.
