Description:

  • The Senior Data Analyst transforms complex data into actionable insights to drive financial and operational outcomes.
  • Develops scalable analytics assets for finance and revenue cycle management, partnering with executive stakeholders on high-impact data problems.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years in analytics roles, including 2+ years leading projects with cross-functional business stakeholders.
  • Proven impact delivering analytics in complex environments with measurable business outcomes.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and proficiency in R for statistical testing and model development.
  • Experience with BI platforms like Power BI and knowledge of AI-assisted analytics tools.
