• 1Password is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the Customer Success organization and enhance the product-led digital customer journey.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of analytics experience in complex B2B SaaS environments, preferably in product-led or self-serve models.
• Strong expertise in customer lifecycle metrics, including activation, retention, and growth modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale datasets, AI/BI tools, and cloud data ecosystems.
• Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to senior leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
