Description:

  • Join Recidiviz as a Data Analyst to work with complex criminal justice data and develop analyses and tools to target drivers of incarceration.
  • Collaborate across teams to guide work that motivates change in the criminal justice system, ensuring impactful product launches.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, including strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python (Pandas).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders in criminal justice reform.
