Description:

  • Analyze complex healthcare data to generate actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into analytical solutions and deliver data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting; 3-5 years in healthcare or revenue cycle preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
