Description:

Senior individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Operations Data, coordinating with the broader team and stakeholders.
Responsible for end-to-end systems management including data model, ETL, application, and stakeholder relationships with minimal oversight.

Requirements:

5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data operations with independent ownership of production systems.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills (PostgreSQL).
Proven experience in ETL and API integration.
Familiarity with AI technologies (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
Experience with dbt, cloud tooling (AWS/S3), finance systems (NetSuite/Tipalti), or geospatial data is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical domain experts.
Willingness to travel to exploration sites and observe work at Mingomba.
